Going through tattoo books can help you decide on the tattoo design in your niche to get if you’re don’t already am aware. Getting a tattoo is a semi-permanent thing since you’ll be bound to it for very many years.
Yes, you possess your tattoo removed, but many will want to not go through hassle and displeasure. Therefore, it’s important to choose something that may do live with for every great many a few years.
I went the local tattoo parlor last month just to browse through the pictures in some among the tattoo books they had as I choice to get a tattoo for my special. I’m a late bloomer compared to my friends with regards to to getting a tattoo. Most of them got tattoos once they were teenagers.
I actually almost got one myself when I was 15 but changed my mind because first, I was afraid of soreness from the tattooing itself and second, I was afraid to get in trouble with my dad should he find out I had gotten a tattoo. I’m over 21 now and I’m able to decide what I want to do with my body.
Anyway, I flipped through the tattoo books looking for the perfect ankle tattoo design. I never wear shoes (I either go barefoot or wear flip flops at most), and I thought a tattoo on my own ankle would surely perfect complement to my toe rings and ankle diamond.
After going the couple of the tattoo books I was starting to obtain a little frustrated since i have hadn’t seen only one artwork that I liked. Most of the tattoo designs were either childish or abject. I wanted something feminine and cute on my ankle. Something designed to represent me for many people decades.
I continued thumbing through the pages of the tattoo books and saw a few interesting tattoo designs. A number of the the pictures looked scary and even hideous although many different them were rather brilliant, I must admit. However, there none that jumped out and said “I’m yours!”
I had visited the tattoo parlor for over twenty minutes and still hadn’t decided on what i wanted. Finally, undoubtedly one of the tattoo artists approached me and asked if I want to help choosing a tattoo design. He tried to help by asking me a few questions in regards to what I liked, my interests, and even my beliefs.
After going through Q and A trying to figure out who I was, the tattoo artist, who by the way, was quite an attractive guy, dug through some of the tattoo books that I we had not yet had the chance to go during. Finally, he picked up the sunday paper and smiled saying, “I have just the perfect tattoo book for you.”
So I opened the tattoo book and saw some new age and pagan related tattoo designs like pentacles, zodiac symbols, moon and stars, and fairies. I thought those were really hip. Finally, we were getting on internet land! Seeing my face light up, the tattoo artist smiled again and stood beside me while I browsed through the picture. He then pointed to a design and said, “I think wholesome look great with your ankle.”
This particular body art comprised a fairy kneeling down on a flower slightly looking up, her long hair covering her chest, a crescent moon and several stars above your loved one. I almost jumped in excitement as I read the beautiful artwork since I it represented me extra ways than at least one. I’m a barefoot free spirit, just like a fairy, who loves wandering in a peaceful dark night gazing at the moon and celebrities which I believe have special powers.
I immediately scheduled an appointment one artist to have my left ankle tattooed a two days later. It did hurt a little but not quite as bad as I anticipated. The result was definitely worth the price and the time spent going through tattoo books. I now have a awesome halloween tattoo on my ankle that I’m really proud pertaining to.
After seeing my tattoo, my friend and co-worker wanted one too. I really brought her into the tattoo parlor and we looked through a couple of tattoo audio books. It didn’t take her extended to pick a design since I already knew which tattoo books to exhibit her. She decided to go with a colorful pentacle and fairy tattoo design. Rather than her ankle however, my friend chose to have the tattoo on her right arm. Now each of us are excited to show off our tattoos.
